    Sheetfed Presses

    Offset printing technology uses plates, which are used to transfer an image onto a rubber “blanket”, and then rolling that image onto a sheet of paper. Offset printing provides accurate color reproduction and crisp, clean professional looking printing.

    Web Presses

    The web press prints on continuous rolls of paper on both sides of the paper simultaneously. They consist of several connected units for printing different colors of ink and the ability to cut, fold and perf inline.

      22 3/4 x 38 with combination folder, sheeter, ribbon deck, Vits-America double former pre-folder (press finished 4 and 8 pagers and 6 page gatefolds + 8 page double gatefolds) and Rota-Schneider in-line trimmers, GMI closed loop color control, W.P.C. Machinery 38 In-line Perforation Unit consists of a plate cylinder and blanket cylinder. We image the perforation on a plate and then glue metal litho-perf to it. The web is printed and then passes through the perf unit between the plate and blanket cylinders where the perforations punch through the paper. This unit allows us to add perforations or scores in any direction at full running speed.
